When these clients were ready to transform a home they had built years ago and used as a rental into their forever home, the vision was to create something that felt entirely new while making the most of its modest footprint. Located just a short walk from the beach, this whole home renovation in Jacksonville Beach gave the charming bungalow a complete transformation from the inside out.

The clients were drawn to a clean, minimalist, and sophisticated aesthetic with a soft neutral palette. To keep the simplicity from falling flat, the design layers natural materials, subtle patterns, warm wood tones, and thoughtfully selected statement details to create depth and character. From the kitchen and bathrooms to lighting, finishes, and furnishings, each element was intentionally selected to create a cohesive flow throughout the home.
