Meet Lindsay &
Zen Reno & Design
My path into interior design wasn't traditional, and that's become one of my greatest strengths. With a background in residential real estate, renovation management, and real estate investing, I bring a broader perspective to every project. I've seen firsthand how thoughtful planning influences not only how a home looks and feels, but also how it functions, supports long-term value, and creates a smoother renovation experience.
I specialize in creating refined interiors that feel expressive, layered, and alive. Thoughtful layouts, natural textures, gentle palettes, and purposeful pattern add personality without clutter or overwhelm. Every decision is made as part of one cohesive vision, creating spaces that feel intentional, balanced, and uniquely yours.
Design isn't about imposing a look. It begins with understanding the people who live in a home and creating a clear design direction that reflects their lifestyle, priorities, and goals. Renovations involve hundreds of decisions, and my role is to bring clarity to that process—guiding each choice with intention so the finished home feels cohesive, functions beautifully, and supports a more seamless construction experience.
Over the past six years, I’ve led projects ranging from new construction to large scale renovations on multi million dollar homes. I carry the design vision from architectural decisions through furnishings, art, and final styling, while guiding clients and collaborating with contractors throughout the process so every layer works together to create a home that feels elevated, personal, and cohesive.
Years of disciplined strength training, including several years spent preparing for bodybuilding competition, shaped far more than a fitness routine. That level of consistency, focus, and personal accountability has carried directly into the way I run my business and lead projects. I am comfortable taking ownership of the bigger picture, guiding clients through decisions, communicating clearly with contractors, and keeping the process moving forward when challenges arise. Renovation rarely goes exactly according to plan, and strong leadership often means staying calm, practical, and diplomatic while finding the best path forward.
My goal is simple: to create spaces that support your life, reflect your values, and evolve with you. Beautiful homes aren't created by making hundreds of decisions—they're created by having one cohesive vision to guide every decision.
When I’m not designing, you’ll likely find me in the gym or with my animals. Both have become important parts of the way I stay grounded, recharge, and maintain the balance that allows me to bring focus and intention to my work.
