SOUTHSIDE FULL RENOVATION

This property was completely reimagined and redesigned. It was one step away from getting torn down when I got my hands on it. Starting as a 3/1 with a dysfunctional layout, I reworked the floor plan to accommodate a second bathroom to add value. I was also able to create an inviting open concept living and kitchen area for entertaining.
