Welcome Call
Service Description
The Welcome Call is a complimentary 15-20 minute introduction to Zen Reno & Design. We’ll connect briefly to discuss your project goals, review the spaces you’d like designed, and walk through how my process works. This call ensures you have clarity on what to expect and helps determine whether an Initial Design Visit is the right next step. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please reach out through the inquiry form, and I’ll do my best to find an option that fits your schedule.
Cancellation Policy
The Welcome Call is a complimentary, onetime 15 minute call. It is intended as an introduction to Zen Reno & Design and an opportunity to explore whether our services are the right fit for your project. Please arrive on time for your scheduled call. If you need to reschedule, provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your spot may be offered to another client. This call is offered once per household. For ongoing design support, an Initial Design Visit is the next step.
