Service Description
The Initial Design Visit is your first step toward transforming your home into a space that feels intentional, elevated, and uniquely yours. During this dedicated session, I’ll visit your home (or meet virtually if preferred) to: • Learn more about your vision, lifestyle, and goals for the space. • Walk through your home and review the areas you’d like to transform. • Discuss design direction, budget expectations, and project scope. • Answer your questions about the design process and next steps. This visit provides clarity, inspiration, and a strong foundation for moving forward with your project. At the end of our meeting, you’ll have both actionable insights and a clear understanding of how Zen Reno & Design can bring your vision to life. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please reach out through the inquiry form, and I’ll do my best to find an option that fits your schedule.
Cancellation Policy
All Initial Design Visits must be booked in advance through the online system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are non-refundable. Zen Reno & Design’s standard service area includes St. Augustine, St. Johns, Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, and Palm Coast (within approximately 45 minutes of St. Augustine). Projects outside this area may incur an additional travel fee, which must be selected at booking. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
